Wagner announced that today a federal grand jury returned a 10-count indictment charging Leonel Martinez Caballero, 28; Vicenta Munoz-Peralta, 38; Mariano Vega Hernandez, 24; Roman Santana, 28; and Edgar Alonso Bautista Arazate, 30; all of Modesto; Martin Munoz Peralta, 39, of San Jose; and Antonio Hernandez Sanchez, 27, of Stockton, with criminal copyright infringement, trafficking in counterfeit labels, and conspiracy to commit those offenses.
